Dr. Nagasumanth Gonabhavi is a Musculoskeletal, Sports & Manual Therapist from Hyderabad, India. He completed his Bachelor’s degree from 1997–2002 and Master’s degree from 2002–2004 from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, India.
From January 2005 to April 2008, he worked as an Assistant Professor & Sports Rehabilitation In-charge at Durgabai Deshmukh College of Physiotherapy.
In April 2008, he joined Yashoda Super Speciality Hospital, Secunderabad as Head of the Department. In 2012, he was promoted as Chief Physiotherapist for Yashoda Group Hospitals, Hyderabad.
In 2017, he took additional responsibility as Academic Advisor to Yashoda College of Physiotherapy, Hyderabad.
Dr. Nagasumanth has conducted workshops at National & International levels and has trained under several national and international faculty members, including Dr. Uma Shankar Mohanty, Dr. Robbie Goodrum, Adam Joseph, Robert Ladner, Peter Bitner and Jochem Van Der Veen.
His advanced training includes Manual Therapy, Manipulative Therapy & Osteopathy Techniques, Mulligan Concept, Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, McConnell Concept, Dry Needling, Australian Taping Techniques and Fitness Assessment & Exercise Prescription.
In 2016, he became an Instructor for MTC (India) and has conducted around 20 international certification workshops across various parts of India to date.
