Dr. GAURAV RAMESH BHIRUD

Gaurav Ramesh Bhirud is a Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach with extensive experience in sports rehabilitation and athlete management.

He is a go-to physiotherapist for various top surgeons in the country and a successful private practitioner consulting at various clinics in Mumbai. He is also actively involved in educational activities for physiotherapists and other health professionals and is an active member of the Indian Association of Physiotherapists, serving the profession as an academic committee member.

He specialises in upper and lower extremity overuse injuries and has hands-on experience treating both elite and amateur athletes. His work with major Indian sports leagues has provided him with extensive experience in sports physiotherapy and athlete rehabilitation.

Along with his work with team sports, he has provided physiotherapy services to athletes who represented India at various international competitions.

His international experience includes working as a Strength and Conditioning Intern for on-field rehabilitation of injured athletes with the Adelaide United FC senior team and as a Sports Physiotherapist at Happy Valley Football Club, Adelaide, Australia.
