Dr. ZUBAIR KHAN

Dr. Zubair Khan is a senior physiotherapist and co-founder of Krida Human Performance Centre in Bengaluru, with over 15 years of clinical experience in injury prevention, rehabilitation and athletic performance.

He completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Bangalore Medical College and went on to complete his Master’s in Physiotherapy from Ramaiah College of Physiotherapy.

His professional development includes a Travelling Fellowship in Shoulder Rehabilitation from Salford University, UK, along with Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) certification from Australia. He also gained clinical experience in Melbourne with Back in Motion, working under the mentorship of APA-titled Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapists.

Dr. Zubair is a London Shoulder Clinic Certified Tutor, having been mentored by Professor Jeremy Lewis. He is involved in delivering the The Shoulder: Theory & Practice course in India, contributing to professional education in evidence-based shoulder rehabilitation.

His clinical interests include musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, shoulder rehabilitation, injury prevention, functional movement assessment and performance-focused physiotherapy.
